• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for breach of these Terms or for security concerns.

Fees for the Service are outlined in the applicable order form or subscription agreement. Payments are due in advance unless otherwise specified. Late payments may result in suspension of service access.

• Upon termination, all outstanding fees become immediately due, and you must cease all use of the Service.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, USA, without regard to conflict‑of‑law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Nashville, TN, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

14. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Revised Terms will be posted on the Site with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
